Plastic Republic have been first class in their service. I recently commissioned a house name in black acrylic. The team were very supportive and guided me well throughout the process. Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful. Very satisfied customer here! I accidentally ordered the wrong font and sent an email to see if it could be changed. Received a really quick reply on a Sunday! The item was dispatched really quickly. Later, I lost the screws to install the numbers and contacted them to see could I get them anywhere, and they have offered to send a new set of screws!
